KDSL series low-temperature screw freezer is mainly used in process cold source cooling of non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates, petrochemicals, grain and oil, beverage and food, machinery, medicine, electronics, air separation and other production and processing.

The unit consists of a semi-closed screw refrigeration compressor, oil separator, condenser, economizer, evaporator and control system.

The password setting ensures that the device will not be shut down or damaged due to accidental factors.

The use of internationally renowned brands of thermal expansion valves, solenoid valves, check valves and other control components to ensure efficient and stable operation of the unit within a wide range of operating conditions.

After the product has passed the comprehensive inspection and full-load operation test of the manufacturer, it will be shipped with the refrigerant. The equipment can be started after the water and electricity are in place.

A patented exhaust gas eliminator is installed in the compressor to ensure low noise operation of the unit.

The salt water resistant corrosion waterway design is optional.
